The same, but different.
Toxicomix sets itself apart from classic Argentine webcomic sites in a couple of key ways. Instead of the famous “weekly page” format, we will publish short, self-contained stories. You start reading, enjoy it, and the experience ends in a single sitting.
But the real star is the format: all of our webcomics are responsive. What does that mean? That the reading experience adapts to your screen.
- On a computer: You’ll see it with a design similar to a classic comic book page.
- On your phone: It transforms into a continuous, scroll-friendly vertical strip—a sort of hybrid between a webtoon and a daily comic strip. Like if the two had a baby! 😛
I confess that when I thought of it, I believed I was reinventing the wheel. But I soon discovered other sites were already using it… in the end, as they say, everything has already been invented.

This is just the beginning. I will surely experiment with other formats in the future, always with a clear premise: that they read perfectly on both your phone and your computer. Because the possibilities of webcomics are, literally, infinite.
Publishing Schedule
So, here’s the deal with how often new webcomics drop: there’s no fixed schedule.
I’d love to be able to set up a monthly routine, but right now, that’s just not gonna happen. Most comics are between 4 and 12 pages long, which makes it super tough to keep up a steady production pace. Of course, this could change anytime if I manage to get other creators interested in publishing their stuff here. But for now, that’s just how it is.
